Real Home Feature: Apple Valley Bath with Stunning Claw Foot Tub  |  Apple Valley MN Bathroom Remodeler

This beautiful bathroom has been through a lot, but the final pictures say it all!  (Well, not the ones with Jason in the bathtub — the other ones — you’ll see).

The main objective for these Apple Valley homeowners was that they get a usable tub.  They also wanted more storage, a bigger shower with a bench, and a fresh new updated space.  They got it all!

Through many challenges, including:

• major water damage concealed behind the shower wall
• dry-rot behind the old shower and in the flooring
• having to replace the entire water-damaged wall
• the initial tub having to be returned due to a scratch
• and a pipe breaking that lead to water in the lower level family room below (which meant new drywall, ceiling, and paint for that room too)

…we STILL complete the project on-time, on-schedule, in just 6 weeks!

Overall we were able to suggest helpful storage solutions, make really good use of an awkward shaped space, finish on deadline despite many set-backs, and provide these homeowners with a fresh new spa-like bathroom to call their own.  Quite the success all around!  (And yes, Jason even found time for his bathtub photo shoot).
